Premier Commercial offer a range of insurance policies designed specifically for the building, contracting and allied trades. From specific liability insurance, to all encompassing Contractors All Risks insurance, we offer competitive rates and flexible cover against a wide range of risks to which contractors of all types may be exposed.

'Select' Contractors' Liability Insurance
Our SELECT Liability insurance provides cover for self employed, sole trader and Limited companies at extremely competitive rates and for a wide range of occupations. SELECT is designed for UK based companies employing no more than 10 manual workers and 5 non manual or clerical workers at any one time, and with an annual turnover not exceeding £1million.
SELECT provides employers liability insurance (if appropriate) and can include cover for employee tools, Contractors All Risks (Hired In and Own Plant as well as Contract Works). Personal Accident Cover is included as a compulsory part of each Select Per Capita policy.
'Athena' Contractors Combined Insurance
Premier Commercial's Athena construction insurance provides insurance cover for contractors and companies within the construction industry and allied trades with turnover in excess of £1million, who may not fit the acceptance criteria for our SELECT policy, or who require additional cover than is available with our SELECT policy.

- SELECT minimum premium of £150.00 (plus IPT at 5% and document fee)
